Anonymux ("we," "us," or "our") operates a SaaS platform designed to help individuals and organizations manage their workflows. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information collected through our platform, website, and related services.

By using Anonymux, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve our service:

Account information — your name and email address, provided when you register
Usage and analytics data — how you interact with the platform, including features used, session activity, page views, and clicks
Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system, collected automatically when you access the platform

We do not directly collect payment information. Any billing is handled entirely by our third-party payment processors, subject to their own privacy policies.

To authenticate your account and ensure platform security
To send service-related communications such as account alerts and product updates

Data sharing & third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers — we work with third-party providers for cloud hosting, analytics, and other operational tools. These providers have their own privacy policies and handle data according to their own terms.
Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety and rights of our users or the public
Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, users will be notified before any data transfer takes place

Business (B2B) customers who require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) are welcome to contact us to arrange one.

Data retention

Active account We retain your data for as long as your account remains active and is needed to provide the service.

After deletion Account and profile data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.

Analytics Anonymized usage data may be retained for internal analysis after account deletion.

Legal holds Some data may be retained longer if required by applicable law or regulation.

Security

We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your personal data, including:

Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
Access controls and authentication safeguards
Regular security monitoring and review

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR's 72-hour notification requirement.

Regarding HIPAA: Anonymux is not a covered healthcare entity. If your use case involves protected health information, please contact us before use.

Essential cookies — required for login sessions and platform security. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies — used to understand how users navigate and use the platform (e.g., page views, feature usage). These help us improve the product.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.

Children's privacy

Anonymux is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13 (or under 16 for users in the EU, in accordance with GDPR Article 8). If we become aware that a minor's data has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.
