Privacy Policy
Introduction
Anonymux ("we," "us," or "our") operates a SaaS platform designed to help individuals and organizations manage their workflows. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information collected through our platform, website, and related services.
By using Anonymux, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve our service:
- Account information — your name and email address, provided when you register
- Usage and analytics data — how you interact with the platform, including features used, session activity, page views, and clicks
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system, collected automatically when you access the platform
We do not directly collect payment information. Any billing is handled entirely by our third-party payment processors, subject to their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
Your data is used solely to operate and improve Anonymux:

- To comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling for commercial gain, or any purpose not listed above.
Data sharing & third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — we work with third-party providers for cloud hosting, analytics, and other operational tools. These providers have their own privacy policies and handle data according to their own terms.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety and rights of our users or the public
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, users will be notified before any data transfer takes place
Business (B2B) customers who require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) are welcome to contact us to arrange one.
